Here are some frequently asked questions!

How do I make an appointment?

There are two different ways you can make an appointment.
1. Using the FREE quote generator: towards the end of the survey, you can create an appointment via Calendly.
2. By phone: Feel free to call at any point to get an instant estimate.

How do I pay?

There are three different ways to pay:
1. Cash upon arrival
2. Venmo
3. Cash-app
4. Apple Pay

How does the quote generator work?

There are 10 simple questions that create a free and accurate estimate for you.

What does the membership entail?

The membership entails an exterior clean at a discounted price depending on your membership plan.
Other services are available, but additional charge is added per service requested.

Can I still call to get a quote instead of the quote generator?

​Yes, of course! Feel free to call at any time. 
​

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you choose to cancel your member ship, there will be a cancelation fee. The cancelation fee will be what ever money you saved by getting the biannual or quarterly plan.

If I have a membership, when am I billed?

It depends on what membership plan you have!
Biannual: After your first clean, you will be billed on the first of the month 6 months later. Reoccurring every 6 months. 
Quarterly: After the first clean, you will be billed on the first of the month 3 months later. Reoccurring every 3 months.
